When paying for your purchases, you receive a Global
Blue Tax Free Form from the Sales staff who helped you. Please present your
passport or passport number to speed up the process.

Important: please share your mobile phone number
and/or email address in order to receive online guidance from Global Blue to be
able to claim your refund successfully.

At the airport or other land border, go to the Customs
desk and present your completed Tax Free Form, passport, receipts and the
unused purchases to get a stamp on your Tax Free Form.

Note that you should always get your Custom stamp at
the last exit where you leave the EU. Example: if you have a direct flight from
Amsterdam to the US, then you need to get your stamp in Amsterdam.

Same goes for flights with short layovers (both inside
and outside EU). Example: if you have a flight from Amsterdam to the US, with a
layover in Frankfurt, then you need to get your stamp in Amsterdam.

Travelling by train (Eurostar) to London

Also, please be cautious when you are traveling from
Amsterdam to London with the Eurostar.

Currently you will not be able to receive a Custom
stamp at Amsterdam Central Station, and although there is Customs available at
Brussels Midi, you wont have enough time to leave the train, get the stamp and
get back on the train in time.

Therefore, please discuss your options with Royal
Coster Diamonds Sales staff and reconsider your journey back to the UK (for
example boarding from Brussel Midi or via Schiphol Airport by plane).

Please also consult the Brussel
Midi Guide and the Global Blue website with information on all NL
Customs offices.

Go to the nearby Global Blue desk or office displaying
a Global Blue logo. In some cases, this will be a currency exchange. Present
your stamped, completed Tax Free Form and your travel passport to receive the
refund in cash or to your credit card.

If you do not want to stand in line, you can also make
use of the Global Blue mailbox right next to the Global Blue Refund Office at
main airports. Regular post can be used too (please then use the Global Blue
envelope which was provided to you).

Important: please note that all fields on the Tax Free
Form should be completed before submitting the Tax Free Form and Royal Coster
Diamonds receipt to Global Blue.
